Introduction

A mixture of pop and jazz. This is the desire of Jacques Helmus which made him choose to play with very different but complementary musicians : with Manu Katché on drums and the subtle way to play of Andy Barron. The instrumentation combines those two aspects : an acoustic piano with electric keyboards, a double bass with a bass, some jazz drums and rock sounds. A sophisticated way to compose with glowing improvisations, in a climate “to let go” proper to improvisation. The diversity of life...close to the way of heart.
